Jackie Uberin earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Chapman University and earned her Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law, where she graduated cum laude and with a Family Law Practice Certificate. During law school, Jackie was most fortunate to have clerked for the Honorable Glenn R. Salter, Judge of the Orange County Superior Court. There, Jackie learned the importance of preparation to prevailing in a case. Her outstanding advocacy and writing skills gained her membership on the Honors Moot Court Team. Jackie received the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Legal Writing and Domestic Violence. She was also the President of her school’s Latino Student Bar Association and Family Law Association.
Jackie has been dedicated to the practice of family law since law school, where she had the opportunity to intern with Orange County family law firms. Prior to joining Minyard Morris, Jackie exclusively practiced family law in Orange County, and continues to limit her practice to Orange County family law matters. Jackie dedicates herself to providing clients with compassionate representation and achieving the best possible result on their case.
